Has hardly any customer service or communication skills. We were asking about the rate of the room that we were staying in and he just said '110$'. We rephrased our question and he said again '110$'. Again we tried to ask and he started to raise his voice to my girl friend. And he said 'It doesn't matter it is still 110$.' We gave up on the guy. Because as soon as he went back to typing up the information on the computer he was taking breaks in between.
He had the show Sabado Gigante on. He was so rude to us but was laughing while watching tv. There is an older man that usually checks me in. He is really nice and explains everything.
I'll try harder to get him to check me in. It is worth it to stay here it is just that one guy that makes the business look bad if you have never stayed here before. I have stayed here many times over the years and have enjoyed my stay every time until last night (8/9/17). In the middle of the night I thought it had started raining and I got up to look when I realized the sound was coming from the bathroom.when I opened the bathroom door to look I saw water pouring from the ceiling and the bathroom was flooded. I immediately called the front desk and told them, all they did was offer me more towels. After watching the water pour from the ceiling a few more minutes I called the front desk back and told them to come and look.when they came they were shocked, the bathroom was completely flooded and the water was coming into the rest of the room and was also going outside the room.that's when I noticed all the water stains on the outside carpet.this was not the first time it had happened.the Manager apologized emphatically but never offered to move me to another room or any kind of discount or refund. All this happened in room 104.AVOID THIS ROOM IF POSSIBLE!!
