I tried a hack seek method and I think I got it to the titlescreen (although since it was a hack, the seeks were still invalid, and graphics and audio didn't actually show up). The first few screens of the game have no audio, then around 18 seconds later it gets to the titlescreen and starts an atrac3+ BGM.which seems to be happening at the end of my log.
